Well, it is always interesting to see these notebooks. However, we must ask ourselves a question before we decide to throw away our money to buy thin laptop. Not everyone needs a thin laptop. For some people, maybe a heavy laptop is the right answer. Usually because they are fanatic gamers, so they need a heavy laptop with strong performance.
But for mobile people, of course they prefer lighter notebooks. They need a mobile laptop with good battery life. To do their jobs, lighter laptops are much more effective. Now let’s speak about what you need. A Macbook Air and other very thin laptops are designed for mobile people, right? Well, according to the latest trend, busy people prefer cheap and thin laptop, they do not care much about the performance as long as it’s okay for usual programs.
Well, some thin laptops offer better performance and much more beautiful casing design but they are also expensive.
Who wants to buy a $2,000 thin and ultraportable laptop unless if you want to look cool in front of people? So my point is, you need to ask yourself what do you want to buy. If you are looking for performance, a heavier laptop is okay.
If you want a good design but also light, then you maybe need to splash more than $2,000. But if you only want a business laptop without any unnecessary parts, then a 5 pounds laptop with cheap price is the right package for you.
